PROHUMAN IS EXPANDING TO THE DOMESTIC MARKET WITH ACQUISITION OF CITY SCOPE

Belgrade, May 10, 2023 – The Hungarian leader in the provision of HR services, Prohuman, announced the acquisition and the merger with the domestic agency CityScope in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Peter Sijart and the Minister of Internal Affairs and Foreign Trade in the Government of Serbia, Tomislav Momirović. On this occasion, Sandor Zakor, co-founder and executive director of Prohuman group and Ivana Milošević, founder and executive director of the CityScope agency, pointed out that the merger represents an important part of the continuous growth and development of both companies.

It’s expected that this acquisition will strengthen CityScope and quickly place it among the top three HR providers service in Serbia. Upon completion of the transaction, the founder of the CityScope agency, Ivana Milošević will continue to manage the company as a minority shareholder and CEO.

In 2022, the combined turnover of Prohuman and its partner companies reached almost the amount of 300 million euros, with 20,000 externally employed workers. Agency income CityScope in 2022 amounted to 9 million euros, with 1,500 externally employed workers.
